Shipping

 

All artworks and prints are sent from my studio in Brisbane, Australia. Shipping is free Australia wide.

If a painting is large and requires a specialist art courier it will be detailed in the item description.

All original artwork will be sent with a tracking number which will be provided once the item has been dispatched.

Please be aware that if you fail to collect your parcel from your local post office and it is returned to me, you will be responsible for the re-postage fee.

International Shipping

I send artwork all over the world!

Your shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on dimensions and weight of the artwork. All artwork sent internationally will have a tracking number and require signature on delivery.

International buyers please note that for original artwork in particular, shipping charges may vary from the amount you pay at checkout. If there is any discrepancy +/- I will let you know via email.

Please be aware that all customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Times

Original Artwork

Some original artwork requires drying time and varnishing prior to shipment. This will be outlined clearly in the product description if this is the case.

All other original artwork will be shipped within 5 business days of purchase and an email will be sent to you when your item is on its way.

What if the artwork arrives damaged?

Every effort is made when packaging and shipping art to ensure it is safe in transit. We ask that you open and check your artwork immediately upon delivery. If there are any issues please take photos, keep the packaging and email me at sarah@sarahfieldart.com to organise a return. A refund or replacement piece will be issued on return of the damaged artwork.
