Once payment is successful you will receive an email confirming your order has been received.

After your order is placed, it will be sent into production. Please allow 7-10 business days for production of your order, as everything in our store is custom made. If you have also selected custom framing, please allow an extra 10-20 business days. Framing can take a while during busy seasons! And we are grateful for your patience.

When your order is ready to ship, you will be sent you an estimated delivery date and tracking number.

Our prints are made using the finest quality giclée printing techniques to ensure an exceptional product that is designed to last a lifetime. All our artwork is printed on either archival quality 100% cotton rag paper or premium polycotton canvas to ensure sharp details and beautiful rich colours every time.

Quality craftsmanship is at the heart of everything we do. All our frames are made by Guild-recognised framers here in Australia, using sustainable practices.

As a small business we can't accept returns for change of mind. We do ship our products with insurance, so if anything arrives damaged please email within 24 hours so we can arrange a return and replacement for you.
